These terms cover your use of PostApply, a product of Auviel Inc.(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

PostApply helps you track job applications, match inbox replies, find contacts, and draft follow-ups. Features may change. Free plans have limits; paid plans are described in product billing.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep access to it.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to break it, or abuse other users’ data.

Your content and mailbox

You keep ownership of applications, notes, drafts, and mailbox content you connect. You grant us a limited license to process that content only to provide PostApply (including AI-assisted drafts you request).

You are responsible for connecting only mailboxes and data you have the right to use, and for complying with employer and platform rules when applying or following up.

Sends and AI

Suggested messages are drafts. Nothing sends until you approve. AI output can be wrong — review before you send or rely on it.

Billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees are charged through our payment provider. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with notice for renewals.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PostApply is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for hiring outcomes, employer decisions, or third-party services (email providers, job boards, AI vendors).

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for claims relating to PostApply is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim (or CAD $50 if you are on a free plan).

Termination

You may stop using PostApply and request account closure. We may suspend or end access for misuse, non-payment, or risk to the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date on this page.
