PostApply is a product of Auviel Inc.. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account. Email address and sign-in session data.
Job applications. Roles, companies, status, notes, contacts, and drafts you create or save.
Mailbox (when you connect one). Credentials you provide, plus messages we need to match replies to applications and show them in your workspace.
Chrome extension. Job posting details you choose to clip, profile fields used to autofill forms you start, and sign-in tokens for the extension. Optional access to job and career sites is requested only when you clip or fill a page — not granted to every site at install.
Billing. Payment and subscription details via our payment provider when you upgrade.
Product usage. Basic logs and diagnostics to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

Run your workspace: track applications, inbox matching, contacts, and drafts.
Generate suggested follow-ups and related AI features you ask for.
Process payments and send transactional email (sign-in, billing, product notices).
Prevent abuse and improve reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. Outbound follow-ups only send when you approve.

Processors

We use vendors to host the app, store data, send email, process payments, and run AI features. They only get what they need to provide that service.

Retention

We keep account and application data while your account is active. You can delete applications and disconnect your mailbox in the product. Contact us to close an account and request deletion of remaining personal data, subject to legal retention needs (for example billing records).

Your choices

Disconnect mailbox integrations at any time.
Delete applications and drafts you no longer need.
Unsubscribe from non-essential email where offered.
